Nintendo has dripped out some new information about Yoshi's Island DS. In the past where announced baby versions of Mario, Peach and Donkey Kong would be helping Yoshi as he battled to save baby Luigi, the latter having been babynapped by the evil Kamek and taken away on his floating island.

Now we've learned that baby Wario will also be adding his powers to the fray. When little Wario's riding on Yoshi's back, Yoshi will be able to use the former's giant magnet to attract metal objects, such as the coins you collect to unlock bonuses, as well as solving metal-based puzzles.

Swapping in one of the other babies will provide Yoshi with different attributes: Mario gives speed, Donkey Kong strength and the ability to climb vines, while Peach provides floatability.

First be sure your Nintendo DS clock is correct, if not select the clock to set the time.

Now that your DS Time is correct select the alarm icon and setup the alarm time then go back and quit you DS will shutdows.

Restart and go to the alarm screen, you need to turn On wour Ds alarm and you will see an count down timer indicatind the time left till the alarm sounds, be sure to have you DS volume at max to hear it. Close you Nintendo DS, the alarm will sound at the time you set :)

The Nintendo DS Browser launches across Europe on 6th October 2006

Since November last year Nintendo users have been enjoying simple, safe and free Nintendo Wi-Fi connection service* which to date already has approximately 1.7 million unique users. Now Nintendo is expanding its service offering to include an internet browser from Opera Software, optimised to run on the Nintendo DS. The Nintendo DS Browser launches across Europe on 6th October 2006.

The Nintendo DS Browser is a convenient web browser, which enables Nintendo DS users to surf the web, check and send emails, bank and shop online and even communicate with their friends in live chat. The Nintendo DS Browser features a built-in history function allowing users to bookmark their favourite sites and it has a fast start up time making it quick and easy to connect to the internet, at home or away. Nintendo DS owners can use the browser to connect to Wi-Fi environments at home, a public Wi-Fi hotspot or one of Nintendo’s free Wi-Fi hotspots.

By using the unique interface of the Nintendo DS, users can effortlessly surf the web as if they were using a keyboard and mouse. The stylus can be used to activate hyperlinks and click around pages. For typing in URLs and filling in complicated information users can employ an onscreen digital keyboard and the console’s handwriting recognition system.

Web sites can be viewed through the Nintendo DS Browser using two main modes. Overview Mode shows the complete web site on one screen and areas which are highlighted will enlarge on the other screen. It also features Opera’s Fit-to-Width Mode where web sites will be adjusted to fit inside the two Nintendo DS screens, eliminating the need for horizontal scrolling.

The Nintendo DS Browser will be available as a standard DS cartridge. To allow image or multimedia-heavy web sites to load quickly, it will come bundled with a Memory Expansion Pack, which boosts the system’s power. This pack fits snugly into the Game Boy Advance socket on the Nintendo DS and comes in two versions. One version is for the classic Nintendo DS and a smaller version is available to fit the slimmed down Nintendo DS Lite.

Negima definitely has two aspects - the first one being all about adventure wherein you group three players together who will then try to solve the mystery in Osaka. You must keep in mind that there should be balance among the characters you've put together, else the team would not work. The teams would then go around town and certain battles will ensue when they enter a particular area.

The battle has two stages, with the first one having a turn system where each team member will have a particular range of his own. When an enemy or monster is within her range, battles are bound to start.

The cute part about Negima's battle are the costumes. As you finish your battles, you could win the costumes dropped by monsters.
Now, the costumes don't only play a crucial role in making your character appear cute, but the costumes also give special skills to your character.
Here's an example: if you catch Asuna wearing a costume with the harisen (a giant paper fan), Asuna can do the Harisen Chop move.
